WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order, save your information with us, or participate in a contest, promotion, or survey, we collect information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card details. We also keep a record of your product interests and purchases both online and in our physical stores. Please note that we only share this information with third parties who are involved in fulfilling your order.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
When you buy something online from FastCards.ca, we will use your information to process your order. To confirm your order, we will send you emails. If we have any questions regarding your order, we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email. By placing an order, you will be automatically subscribed to receive email updates about our products, services, contests, and promotions.

If you save your information with FastCards.ca, you will also be automatically subscribed to receive email updates. If you participate in a contest or promotion (online or over the phone), you may choose to receive email updates about our products, services, contests, and promotions.

If you want us to remove you from our email or postal mailing lists, you can contact FastCards.ca customer service at support@fastcards.ca. Please include your full name and any relevant information. If you have already asked to be removed from our email list, we will not sign you up for email updates if you place an order over the Internet. However, it may take up to 8 weeks to remove you from our list.

From time to time, we may send you emails to learn more about your shopping preferences. We may also use information about your product interests and purchases to improve our site design and your shopping experience. If you buy something online or over the phone, we may send you notices about our products, services, contests and promotions through postal mail.

To serve you better, we may combine information you give us online and in our stores, along with information about your product interests and purchases. Additionally, we may combine information you provide with publicly available demographic information. We use this combined information to enhance and personalize your shopping experience with us. We may also communicate with you by email or postal mail about our products, services, contests, and promotions that may interest you. THIRD PARTY TRANSACTIONS
We work with third-party organizations to help us manage and maintain our customer information. This is done to fulfill promotions and communicate with our customers. However, we do not allow these third parties to use your information for any other purpose.

Occasionally, we partner with other companies to offer products, services, promotions, or contests. In these cases, we may compare our customer databases to identify any shared customers. We may then use this information to identify future promotional opportunities and to fulfill promotional or contractual obligations. 

For any contests or promotions we offer, we may ask customers who choose to participate to provide personal information. This information may then be used by us and the other company offering the contest or promotion to notify winners and fulfill promotional obligations. 

If you previously chose not to receive information from us regarding any contests or promotions, you may still receive such information if you decide to participate in them. However, you have the option to not participate in any contests or promotions if you do not wish to receive information from FastCards.ca or share your information with us and our partners.

We may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable information about you, such as age, gender, and the types of products you purchase, with our business partners to fulfill our contractual obligations. We do not share, rent, or sell any personally identifiable information we collect online to any unaffiliated third party, except as described above.

ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION 
To access your information online, click on the ACCOUNT link and sign in. You can then choose the appropriate section to review, edit, or delete your personal information. Please note that if you request to change the frequency of our email updates, it may take up to eight weeks to process.

If you would like to be removed from our email or postal mailing lists, or if you do not want us to use your information to enhance your shopping experience, please contact FastCards.ca customer service via email at support@fastcards.ca. Make sure to include your full name and email address.

REMOVING YOURSELF FROM MAILING LIST
We want to communicate with you only if you wish to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive any information from us, be it through email, postal mail or phone, please let us know by sending an email at support@fastcards.ca.

Please note that it may take up to six to eight weeks for such requests to become effective. If you ask us to remove your name and address from our email or postal mailing lists, we will maintain your name in a “do not mail” file to ensure that we can honor your request. 

It’s important to note that when you make a purchase, we’ll send you an email to confirm your order. Additionally, we may also need to contact you via phone, postal mail, or email if we have any other questions regarding your order. 

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
At FastCards.ca, we prioritize the safety of children when they use the Internet. We strictly abide by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, which means that we will never intentionally request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.

If we discover that a subscriber is under the age of 13 and has registered without prior verifiable parental consent, we will promptly remove their personally identifiable information from our records. 

COOKIES
A cookie is a small file that websites save on your computer’s hard drive when you visit them. It may contain information, such as a unique user ID, which is used to keep track of the pages you’ve visited. At FastCards.ca, we use cookies to improve your shopping experience. Our cookie helps us keep track of your order as you shop on our site. We use cookies to keep track and maintain the identity of the website you visited just before ours. This helps us to improve our site design and to fulfill our business partners’ contracts. However, we do not track any information about your use of other websites.

However, if you turn off cookies, we will not be able to track your order or enable you to make a purchase from our site. Additionally, we will not be able to recognize you as a signed-up user to provide access to your account information.
