IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please carefully read these terms and conditions. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions provided below, please do not access this website. Note that FastCards.ca reserves the right to change, modify, or amend these terms and conditions without any prior notice.

ORDER APPROVAL
Before proceeding with printing, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the final proof and layout. Please note that FastCards.ca cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur in the final product due to incorrect spelling, grammar, punctuation, graphics, bleeds, damaged fonts, substrate selection, or any other reason.

The price for printing may change depending on the design and special elements required, such as unique colours, foil, holograms, magnetic stripes, barcodes, scratch-off panels, etc.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
Please provide all artwork, designs, and images in CMYK format with a minimum of 360 DPI. FastCards.ca is not responsible for any colour shift that may occur when converting from RGB to CMYK colour modes. Additionally, please note that we are not responsible for any images that appear fuzzy, distorted, or pixilated due to customer-provided artwork.

CUSTOMER CONTENT
All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials provided by the customer (“Content”) are solely the responsibility of the customer. As the internet is a global platform, you agree to adhere to all local regulations related to online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree not to use FastCards.ca to send, upload, post or transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or any indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or vile material; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, damage the personal property or reputation of another person, accuse any person of a crime, or engage in blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law of Canada or the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of FastCards.ca or any third party.

FastCards.ca does not control the Content posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances will FastCards.ca be liable to you for any Content you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Products and services are intended for your personal use only. You agree to comply with these terms of service and refrain from using these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.

You agree to be responsible for safeguarding your password and controlling access to your registered account. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions taken through your registered account. FastCards.ca does not pre-screen Content, but FastCards.ca and its affiliates reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or is otherwise objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that FastCards.ca may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of FastCards.ca, its users, and the public.

COLOUR PROOFING & MATCHING
FastCards.ca would like to inform our customers that we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in colour matching or ink density on screen proofs that have been approved by the customer. Although screen proofs are meant to predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, they cannot predict colour or density. While we will do our best to match the gradient density of each colour, we cannot guarantee the final appearance of a colour. In addition, the application of a Varnish Coating may affect or change the appearance of the printed colours, and we cannot be held liable for the final colour appearance of a Varnish Coated product.

Please note that due to differences in equipment, paper, plastic, inks and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and the completed job is expected, unavoidable and shall constitute an acceptable delivery. We will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on the materials supplied by the customer; however, we cannot guarantee colour matching. Unfortunately, from time to time, there may be a misrepresentation of colour due to digital proofing because of the calibration of one monitor to another.

COPYRIGHT
All the material found on this website or used in the production of your orders is protected by copyright laws. Redistribution, copying or republishing any material, software, or copyrighted property of FastCards.ca or its subsidiaries is strictly prohibited. It is important to note that as a customer, you are not allowed to use any trademarks, service marks or logos that are not owned or licensed by you on any merchandise to be printed via FastCards.ca. Words, names, or designs used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks, and/or logos. The same policy applies to copyrighted materials. Using any unlicensed copyrighted material from photographers, artists, publishers, composers, writers, and other authors of original works is not allowed. The copyright owner’s exclusive rights prohibit the reproduction of any original work.

GOVERNING LAW
FastCards.ca is located in Ontario. If there are any legal disputes or issues that arise from your use of this website, they will be resolved in Ontario. By using this website, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts and accept that these courts are the appropriate venue for any legal action or proceeding.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FastCards.ca and its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, along with their officers, directors, employees, or agents, shall not be held liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not FastCards.ca has been advised of the possibility of the damage. This includes damages arising from or in connection with the use or performance of the site or failure to provide services that you order from FastCards.ca or its affiliates. Such damages may arise from mistakes, omissions, viruses, delays, or interruptions of service. 

Furthermore, FastCards.ca will not be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel an order, you may do so by sending a cancellation request via email within 10 hours of placing the order or before the production starts, whichever is shorter. However, you will be charged for any labour hours, such as graphic design or proofing, and administrative fees, such as credit card fees. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that no refunds are issued for graphic design services.

INDEMNITY
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you confirm that you will protect and defend FastCards.ca, as well as any parties that have licensed portions of the Content, along with their directors, officers, and employees, against any claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses. This indemnification and defence obligation is related to two situations: (i) your breach of these Terms of Use and (ii) any suit, claim, or demand that arises from any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you include in the Products that you order.

As a customer, you confirm that you either own or have the publication rights to all artwork, photos, and other materials submitted for printing. You also agree to protect and defend FastCards.ca from any loss, cost, expense, and damages that may arise from any claims, demands, actions, or proceedings related to the printing of your materials. This includes claims that the printing violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or that it contains any matter that is libellous or scandalous or invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal right. However, if FastCards.ca contributed to any such matter, its liability will be limited. 

You agree to promptly defend and continue the defence of any such claim, demand, action, or proceeding that may be brought against FastCards.ca. You will bear any expenses that arise, except to the extent that FastCards.ca contributes to the matter. FastCards.ca will notify you promptly with respect to any such claims or legal proceedings.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please take note of the following information: All sales are final since each order is unique to the customer and has no resale value. However, if we make an error, we will reprint the order. Refunds or credit are not available. If you discover any defects in the ordered product, you must contact FastCards.ca within five business days of order acceptance; otherwise, you are deemed satisfied with the product. If a replacement is necessary, you must first return 100% of the received product within seven days (at your own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. Please note that all charges related to expedited printing are NOT REFUNDABLE, even for returned orders. If you need to refund a card order, you must ship it back to FastCards.ca at your own expense. Our quality control and inspection staff will then verify the complaint’s validity.

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
FastCards.ca will make reasonable efforts to ensure that delivery schedules are met. However, FastCards.ca will not be held liable for any consequential damages that may result from a delay in shipment or delivery. When it comes to shipping issues, the customer should contact the selected courier. FastCards.ca is not responsible for any delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances. 

In the event of an unexpected equipment failure, malfunction, or technical problem, the printing process may be delayed. If a delay occurs due to technical difficulties, applicable rush charges or fees will be refunded or waived, but the technical difficulty will not be a valid reason for order cancellation. 

Shipping rates for high-quantity products depend on the customer’s access to a shipping dock and forklift. If the customer does not have access to these, additional charges may apply. Delivery and production timeframes are the best possible estimates and not guarantees. The artwork must be submitted in the proper file format and be technically correct to ensure that the timeframe is respected.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, FastCards.ca will resend the package with the corrected address after the package is returned to FastCards.ca. However, an additional shipping fee will be charged for returned shipments due to customer errors in address submission.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE
FastCards.ca has the right to decline service to anyone without providing a reason.
